Astro Wraps Internal-Use License

Effective date: September 9, 2026.

Application and permitted users

Astro Wraps & Graphics operates the Astro Wraps internal application, including the Alex executive-assistant interface, for its own internal business use. This license applies to personnel and contractors whom the operator authorizes to use the application. The Astro Wraps application is not offered as a public accounting, payment-processing or financial-advice service.

Permission to use

The operator permits authorized users to access the Astro Wraps application for assigned business duties, within their granted roles and access permissions. Permission is limited to internal use and may be changed or revoked by the operator. Users must not share access with unauthorized people, bypass role restrictions, or disclose business information outside their authorized duties.

Connected services

Only an authorized business administrator may connect a company account. Connected services remain the sources of their own records and are governed by their own agreements. The initial Astro Wraps integration reads information for reporting and analysis; it does not authorize users to initiate payments, change accounting records, or perform other unimplemented actions through the application.

Reports and decisions

Reports depend on the completeness, status, definitions and freshness of connected data. Users must consider the stated reporting period, accounting basis, source and any validation warnings. Test data must not be treated as actual business activity. Reports assist internal review and do not replace source records or professional accounting judgment. The business remains responsible for its decisions and records.

Access changes and disconnection

The operator may suspend or end access when authorization changes or when needed to protect the application or business information. Authorized administrators may disconnect an integration through the source provider or the application's supported connection controls. Disconnection does not itself delete imported records; information handling is described in the Astro Wraps Privacy Notice.

Contact alex@astrowraps.com for support or access questions. The operator may update these internal-use terms as the application changes and will update the effective date to identify the current version.
